No matter how many cities I have switched for education & employment, only two things that excite me about a new place are it’s food & people. I am an affluent advocate of farmers market & butcher shops since forever. The main reason behind it is my focus on fresh greens & whole animals. Everybody knows I want to retire in my thirty, but nobody knows I have a huge urge to start organic farming before starting my family. I know everything about the pesticide/antibiotics injected vegetables/meats, I will hate myself to serve that to my next generation. Sometimes my friends find it disgusting when I cut whole chicken/fish/rabbit/duck/turkey in my kitchen, but that makes no sense to my eyes. I love my LIFE little more than normal crowd, food is the most important part of a healthy living. My take on food is; “NUTRITION FIRST, TASTE NEXT”, that’s the reason I eat almost half kilo of salad consisting of raw/semi boiled green vegetables & some roasted meat. I love my weekend cheat days though, can’t live without pizza & cheesecake.😋
